I’m trying to find ways to “minister” to others without it being a check off a list.
So ways I’m thinking of doing this are spontaneously serving.
Using my talents
Thinking of people outside my “minstering” sisters. Just people who I appreciate in my life.
There’s definitely no rule on how you use your talents to serve… or how you try to make new talents… in my case. I got the lettering thing down. But honestly, I’m not so good in the kitchen.
So, I can sit here and complain about it… or I can attempt to change that. I was pretty blessed the my caramel apples tasted delicious. They aren’t perfect, but it allowed me to develop a new talent, share that talent and put time, effort, money, blood, sweat and tears into a project to bless the lives of others spontaneously.
Sometimes we serve in little ways. And sometimes we put a little bit more effort into it, and it just feels good!
I have a freebie for you! Go print out your grateful notes. It says
Grateful for small things, big things and everything in between.
Maybe you want to try caramel apples too? I got everything that I needed to know from a girl I follow on instagram. She shared it ALL on her stories and it was incredible. Her name is Meg Livingston.
