Kale Chips were my saving grace!

I'm going to catch you guys up on my AWFUL (I'm a little dramatic) detox phase. It was going well until I was sitting on the shower floor hugging my knees into fetal position... rocking back and forth. Guess you'll have to come back to find out what happened. For now, just know this...

The Kale Chips were the salty, crunchy snack that I needed to pull through.

You'd think they were disgusting. They were actually delicious. And I was really sad that there was no Kale when I went back to the store for more.

Here is all you do.

Prep: Wash Kale & Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

#1. Full a medium size bowl with about 2TBS olive oil, garlic powder, cumin & a little paprika. I don't measure, just sprinkle a little here and there.

#2. Take a whole head of Kale… pull off each of the pieces from the big stem and tear even further until you have bite size pieces.

#3. Take the kale pieces, put them in your bowl and mix them all in the Olive Oil mixture.

#4. Lay the kale pieces flat on a baking sheet

#5. Sprinkle with salt

#6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until they are brown around edges and crispy.

They are so good. And I've done… zucchini chips before.. That was just nasty. So trust me on these ones.

So good for a Candida diet because you can have olive oil, spices, herbs and vegetables, even in the detox phase! Even better if those vegetables are organic or really well washed.
